If you are attending our online Yoga classes less than twice a week, or are uncertain how often you will practice; the 10 class pass (valid for 3 months) is a good option and offers greater savings than the 5-Class pass or single rate. provides the best value.
For those purchasing a Ten class AND a ten private class yoga pass we offer a 20% saving at a reduced 3 month expiry date. This offer will benefit those with a committed regular Practice to both Options.
General Terms
5-class online yoga class passes are valid for three months from the date you purchase them
It is possible to extend your class pass for a further 8 weeks for an admin fee of £10. Requests should be sent by email BEFORE your pass expires.
our online schedule may change regularly; wherever possible changes such as teacher substitutions, cancelled classes, time changes, holiday closures, will be reflected on our online schedule
if you have a booking affected by a schedule change, you will be notified by email (please ensure you are opted in for notifications at our website); we do not send notifications for teacher substitutions
purchases are non refundable
online credit will be transferable to studio classes when the Zen Studio reopens
Cancellations, No Shows & Late Arrivals
all cancellations should be made via our website; we do not accept cancellations by phone or by email
we operate a strict 6-hour cancellation policy for all our classes; all cancellations made with less than 6 hours notice will be charged
accounts will be debited for no shows and late arrivals
late arrivals will not usually be allowed entry in to the virtual class once it has started
