Come prepared to unwind, stretch your body, and quiet your mind. Yin yoga is a practice that focuses on the deep connective tissues of the body (tendons, ligaments and fascia), stretching them gently through mostly seated postures that are held for a longer duration of time.
All levels are welcome to this class. Just come with a willingness to surrender to the pose and desire to create peace and space in your day.
